Do I need to be a DEW® Nation HQ member to purchase DEW® Store merch?
- Yes, starting 5/24, you will need to have a DEW® Nation HQ login to access merch on the DEW® Store.
Am I already a DEW® Nation HQ member?
- If you are unsure of whether or not you have a DNHQ account, try making an account with your email address. If your email is already in use, you will be notified upon sign-up. If you forgot your password, you will be given instructions to reset it. If you do not have an account, you can follow the instructions on screen to create one.
- How do I become a DEW® Nation HQ member?
- There are two ways to make a DNHQ account.
- Option 1(on the DEW Store):
- Head to the dewstore.com and click on the icon in the navigation and click sign up. Enter your name, email address and a password. Make sure to opt in to receive emails for exclusive DEW® Nation HQ content and rewards! Hit Sign Up and you are officially a member of the DEW® Crew at DEW® Nation HQ!
- Option 2: Head to dewnationhq.mountaindew.com and click “Sign Up.” Enter your name, email address and a password. Make sure to opt in to receive emails for exclusive DEW® Nation HQ content and rewards! Hit Sign Up and you are officially a member of the DEW® Crew at DEW® Nation HQ!

Questions About Orders and Fulfillment:
When should I expect to receive my purchase?
- Product should arrive within 7-10 business days of purchase dependent on carrier capacity at the time of order.
Why am I being charged shipping?
- A flat $8 shipping fee is applied to all orders that contain beverage. DEW® Nation HQ members will receive free shipping only on merch items.
Who can I talk to if I have a problem with my order?
- You can contact our friendly Customer Care team here . If you prefer calling, business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time (“ET”).
My order was canceled. When will I get my refund?
- Refunds are processed up to 7 days after the refund has been placed.
I need to cancel my order. How do I do that?
- You can cancel any order within one (1) hour of receiving your purchase confirmation, by calling our friendly Customer Care team at 866-468-6339 during regular business hours. Customer Care Team business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time (“ET”). If your purchase was made outside of business hours, please call before 10am ET the next business day to cancel your order. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is canceled, you will be issued a refund. In most cases this credit should appear on your account within the next regular billing cycle.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
- All soft drink product sales on dewstore.com are final, we do not offer any refunds or returns. Please contact us to let us know if you have any issues or concerns with your DEW® Store order.
- If you are unsatisfied with merchandise that you have purchased from the DEW® Store, you may return the product for a full refund. To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened product within forty-five (45) days from the date of shipment. Merch must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, instructions and accessories to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
